Flatirons Adult Day Center can delay the need for an assisted living facility or nursing home, by offering socialization programs and care services to older adults.
As a caregiver, do you need:

Who is Eligible?
- Those active adults who would like to socialize and partake in structured activities with other older adults
- Adults who can no longer structure their own daily activities, or who can no longer be safely left at home for extended periods of time
- Those adults who require assistance with daily living activities
- Adults transitioning out of a rehabilitation facility who may need extra help with daily living skills
- Those adults who are not at a risk to wander are not a threat to themselves or others
- Adults who are ambulatory, or with the assistance of cane, walker or wheelchair
- Adults 18 and over with minor medical needs or physical impairments
